Example Poster Layout
Each presentation will be 2 minutes in length, followed by a brief question-and-answer period.
Presenters will prepare a PowerPoint presentation (PPTX) with 3 slides maximum that will accompany your oral presentation. The PPTX will highlight key points on which you will verbally elaborate as part of your 2-minute presentation.
As a guideline, we suggest that the 3 slides consist of: 1 title slide, 1 slide containing your complete poster, 1 content slide highlighting key points on which you would like to elaborate.
Remember to include your preferred contact details, should one of the attendees wish to contact you about your research.
Each presenter must submit the final version of the PPTX as a PDF by October 26, 2022 by sending it as an email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Presentations will be queued and shared (projected) by the organizers, per the circulated agenda. As a common courtesy to all presenters we kindly ask that you are on time and ready to share your research with participants.
All presentations will be featured on this site from November 3-November 25, after which they will be taken down, however, presenters will have the option to keep their presentations posted to this website after November 25. If you wish to keep your presentation available for viewing, please email email@example.com prior to November 25.
